The Company gives equal opportunities to everyone as regards employment. On account of this, specially challenged persons are not discriminated against in the course of employment.

 

The basis for this policy is that the Company is conscious of the fact that one should not be denied employment by reason of physical impairment once an individual is qualified for a vacant position with the Company.
